Milk-free chocolate cake


 


 


Ingredients:


 


1 cup sugar


1 cup flour


1 sachet baking powder


1 cup nesqik powder


1 cup oil


4 eggs


1 box non dairy whipping cream  (250 ml)


100g dark chocolate


 


Preparation:


 


Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl


Add eggs, oil and half a box of the cream


 


Mix until blended


 


Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish


 


Bake in the oven over medium heat 30-40 minutes or until cake is ready


 


Melt the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over a low flame


 


Immediately pour over the cake does not need to cool it
