Chicken breast in coconut milk and mushrooms


 


Ingredients:


 


1 kg chicken breast cut into strips


A basket of sliced champignon mushrooms


1 large onion, cut into strips


4 cloves garlic, chopped


Little ginger cut into strips


Can of coconut milk


Teaspoon  salt


Pepper


Tablespoon curry.


 


Directions:


 


In a pot fry onion until golden


Add the garlic, ginger, mushrooms and fry.


Add to the chicken strips and fry 


 Season with salt, pepper, curry and add the coconut milk, cook 10 minutes.


 


Serve with white rice.
