Moroccan tea cookies


 


Ingredients:




1 kilo four


1 cup canola oil


Half  package unsalted margarine


4 eggs


3 tablespoons sesame seeds


2 bags of vanila sugar


I sachet baking powder


 


Directions:


 



    1. Mix well in a mixer the oil, sugar, vanila until its soft/

    2. Add the eggs one by one with continued mixing

    3. Lower the mixer speed and add flour' baking powder and sesame seeds


 


The gough should be soft and stable.


If it’s a very hot day, put the dough half an hour in the refrigerator. To make the bagels easily without adding to much flour.


 


Bake 15 minutes at medium heat.
